Assignment Description:

We are looking for a QA IT Engineer to act as the quality representative within project teams.

What you will work on:

• Act as QA representative within project and IT implementation teams
• Ensure computerized systems remain compliant and validated throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and approve project documentation such as change controls, deviations, and periodic reviews
• Support supplier qualification and evaluation activities
• Monitor and interpret IT regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, Annex 11, GAMP) and ensure project alignment
• Drive continuous improvement of quality processes through cross-functional collaboration
• Support audits and inspections related to IT and computerized systems

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field
• Several years of experience in QA for IT systems in regulated (GxP) environments
• Strong knowledge of computerized system validation and regulatory frameworks
• Experience working with change management, deviations, and compliance documentation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support and influence stakeholders
• High integrity, strong quality mindset, and sense of responsibility
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style
• Ability to work on-site in Stockholm, with some flexibility when projects allow
